Cancellation Policy

Purpose This policy establishes guidelines for DJ-hosted events that include recorded music, dancing, karaoke, announcements, and audience participation. The goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and professional entertainment experience for all attendees. Event Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests, venue staff, performers, and event organizers. Harassment, discrimination, fighting, threatening behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior negatively impacts the safety or enjoyment of others. Music and Entertainment: Music selections will be appropriate for the event audience and venue requirements. Requests may be accepted at the DJ's discretion. he DJ reserves the right to decline music requests containing excessive profanity, hate speech, or content deemed inappropriate for the event. Music volume will be maintained at levels consistent with venue requirements and local ordinances. Dancing: Participants dance at their own risk. Unsafe dancing, crowd surfing, pushing, or any activity that may cause injury is prohibited. Attendees must follow all venue safety rules and instructions from event staff. Any spills or hazards on the dance floor should be reported immediately. Karaoke: Karaoke participation is open to attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Performers may be limited to one song per rotation when participation is high. Song selections must be appropriate for the audience and venue. The DJ or karaoke host may refuse any performance that contains offensive, discriminatory, or excessively explicit content. Performers are expected to respect equipment and other participants. Equipment and Safety: Only authorized personnel may operate DJ, karaoke, lighting, or sound equipment. Attendees shall not touch, move, or interfere with equipment, cables, speakers, microphones, or lighting systems. Guests must avoid blocking emergency exits or creating hazards around equipment areas. Any damage caused by an attendee may result in removal from the event and liability for repair or replacement costs. Liability: Attendees participate in dancing, karaoke, and event activities at their own risk. Event organizers, DJs, and venue owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
